V-Day Party Porch Drop!

If your family is looking for a way to spread some love this February, why not surprise your friends and neighbors with this Valentine's Party in a Bag?!? We are hoping to ding-dong-ditch and keep the delivery a secret so...shh....

You could include all sorts of sweets and fun ideas but I thought I'd make it as easy as possible and give you a list of what we are including this year. (I got a lot of these items at Dollar Tree, just FYI)

Some friends of ours are coming over for some cookies and an assembly party - so even the "work" of putting these together will be a party!

We are going to start by reading, Somebody Loves You, Mr. Hatch which is one of my favorite Valentine's pictures books. It is delightful and helped to inspire this idea.

We are letting each kid pick one friend they would like to assemble a party bag for and they will be in charge of cutting things out and assembling things for their particular bag.

We are including:

Valentine's Bingo Cards with a bag of heart candy to mark your spots.

Valentine's Tic-Tac-Toe with pink and red Hershey Kisses.

Some mazes and worksheets like these. (You can find a bunch of free downloads on Pinterest)

A roll of cookie dough, hot cocoa mix, some red paper plates and a roll of crepe paper to set the mood :)

Pipe Cleaner Heart Rings plus some extra pipe cleaners for friends to try making their own.

A Valentine with one of these cute critters drawn on the front and blank cards for them to try making their own. (We are going to have ours hold a lollipop instead of a heart.)

A Ziplock baggie with this Heart Hunt we created which includes different activities!

A Scripture Valentine that we will make ourselves or print here.

You could also include puzzles, art supplies, books, movies, etc.

We hope you enjoy spreading some love this February!

We love because he first loved us.
